Brian Fish focuses his practice on land use, redevelopment, environmental and
real estate matters. He assists public and private clients with California
Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) compliance, planning and zoning issues,
Subdivision Map Act processing, condominium conversions and all other manner of
documentation required to acquire, develop, entitle, redevelop, occupy and sell
property. In addition, Mr. Fish appears before administrative agencies, and he
handles litigation at the trial court and appellate court levels, with respect
to entitlement, CEQA, Subdivision Map Act and other land use and related
matters.
