Often referred to as a title institution, Debby has been with Stewart Title for
over 29 years, a rarity in an industry of constant change. She is a Senior
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in the Commercial Division
Debby’s clients are a who’s who of the Commercial Real Estate community, which
includes, Developers, Lenders, Attorneys, Brokers and Owners, that are doing
business all over California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State.
Debby has served on such prestigious boards as ULI, CREW, CIC, BIA & NAIOP and
is active in CCIM, ICSC and The Downtown San Diego Partnership among others. In
her tenure, she has brought in and serviced some of the largest title
transactions in San Diego history including the sale of the San Diego Design
Center and the $600 Million divestiture of the SDG & E Power Plants, at the time
the largest sale in the history of San Diego County.
Debby has lived in San Diego longer than she admits to being alive. Presently
she resides in Del Cerro. She has one son and 2 grandchildren.
