Eric Jones is a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, including master
plan development, single family residential development and sales & marketing of
urban residential infill and redevelopment. For the last 8 years Eric has
specialized in the sales & marketing for downtown San Diego residential urban
infill developments.
Prior to forming his company with his partner, Sherm Harmer, Eric was the broker
of record overseeing the sales management for the Lennar/Intergulf Dev.
partnership. Eric has also been involved with the start-up of the Urban Division
for Prudential New Homes(Ryness Company). As part of Eric’s development background, he was the Vice President of Acquisition and Planning for the Donald L. Bren Company.
Eric’s educational background includes two bachelor degrees from Arizona State
University in Urban Planning/Architecture and a BS in Business Administration.
He was also an instructor in University of California, San Diego’s real estate
development continuing education program.
Jones’s other accomplishments include:
- Founding board member of the ongoing master marketing program in downtown San
Diego “Downtown Residential Marketing Alliance” with over 20 urban builder
members
- Past Board Member for the Building Industry Association of San Diego County
- BIA’s Sales & Marketing Council Board of Directors
- Past Chairman of Political Policies Committee for BIA
- Speaker at various programs, including Pacific Coast Builders Conference,
National Condo-Hotel Conference, and Building Industry Association events
- City of San Diego - Mayor’s Task Force on Affordable Housing
- California Real Estate Brokers License since 1994
