HomeAid ‘Essentials for Young Lives’ Campaign

Did you know that women with children is one of the fastest growing segments of the homeless population? For many families already struggling to make ends meet, necessities like diapers and formula can be simply unaffordable.

The ‘Essentials for Young Lives’ Campaign  is HomeAid’s community-wide drive to collect “essentials” such as diapers, baby wipes, and formula for babies in need, ages 0-3 years old.

In 2016, the 1st Annual ‘HomeAid Essentials’ Campaign collected more than 65,000 items!

Thanks to you many of these families now have access to these essentials for their babies and can turn their focus to becoming self-sufficient!

In honor of Mother’s Day, Memorial Day and Father’s Day, we invite you to take a moment of your time to help homeless families and their babies by participating in HomeAid San Diego’s 2nd Annual ‘Essentials for Young Lives Campaign.’ Join the campaign from May 14 – June 18, 2017!

When you have a baby, diapers are a necessity. They are not optional. Learn about the #diapergap here.
