Mike Hall has many responsibilities and is highly involved in all aspects of
Hallmark Communities. As Owner and President, Mr. Hall’s day-to-day duties
include; establishing the company’s strategic direction, monitoring all key
performance statistics, negotiating loans with financial institutions,
coordinating land acquisitions, and reviewing new product designs.
Before opening Hallmark Communities in 1984, Mr. Hall managed his own commercial
real estate business specializing in income producing investments. Prior to that
Mr. Hall worked as an executive managing a local restaurant chain. Mr. Hall
graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in marketing.
