Thomas Noto joined CUMMING in 2011. As Director of Business Development, Noto is responsible for identifying, tracking, and securing new projects that “fit” into CUMMING’s workload schedule and product focus. A world-wide leader in providing cost estimating, project management, and dispute resolution services, CUMMING’s Clients include architects, developers, and stakeholders within both the private & public sectors. This includes the support of design & construction teams among Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Gaming, Entertainment & Sports, Infrastructure & Public Works, Mixed-Use, Corporate Office, and LEED Certified projects.
Prior to joining CUMMING, Noto served for 8 years as Director of Business Development at Smith Consulting Architects in San Diego. Since 2003, Noto has been an active member of the NAIOP, ICSC, and sponsorship member of SIOR. In addition to joining HomeAid San Diego’s Board of Directors in 2008, Noto was named one of 2004's "Top 40 Under Forty" by San Diego Metropolitan Magazine for business success and community contributions.
Noto received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing, from California State University in Chico. Raised in San Diego, Noto presently resides in Carlsbad with his wife Tammy and daughter Chloe. He enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golfing, and playing bass guitar in his spare time.
