Since 2003, Noto has been a member of the NAIOP San Diego Charity Golf Tournament planning committee and has organized and participated on the Smith Consulting Architects team for Project Mercy’s Baja Challenge.
In addition to being a volunteer on Home Aid’s “Taste of North County” planning committee since 2006, Noto is an active member of the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership (CVEP) Marketing Committee, as well as a key participant in the CVEP’s Relocation, Retention and Expansion subcommittee.

Born and raised in San Diego, Noto presently resides in Carlsbad with his wife, Tammy and daughter, Chloe.  He is an active member of the Surfrider Foundation and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golfing, and playing bass guitar in his spare time.
