Homeira Coffelt was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. She studied finance at Tehran University and immigrated to the United States with family in 2005. Upon her arrival in the US, she continued her education at Irvine Valley College, where she also learned English.
Homeira started her banking career with Comerica Bank and quickly rose through the ranks to the level of branch manager by providing great customer service, developing key relationships with local business owners, volunteering time in the community, and playing a key role in connecting the Persian business community with the chamber of commerce. Her efforts were recognized by Comerica as they established Nowruz as a locally recognized holiday and business celebration that she hosted at her former branch.
Currently, Homeira is the Banking Center Manager at U.S Bank. Her responsibilities as a manager include overseeing operations, business development, wealth management, brokerage investments, business lending and consumer lending.
Homeira has over 7 years of banking experience. She meets her clients needs by reviewing their current financial plans and future objectives, and her consistent success was due to her customization plan and proposal that will solve clients daily financial concerns while planning and anticipating changes for the future. Throughout her career, she has received the top lending award and JD power recognition for her excellence in customer service.
Homeira has a passion to serve the community in which she works and is dedicated to adding value anyway she can. She is extremely excited to serve on the Home Aid San Diego, Board of Director’s to help direct their continued success in the community. Homeira spends her free time playing tennis and running after her two year old toddler with her husband Brett.
