Prevost Construction is a prominent San Diego-based general contractor specializing in all areas of commercial tenant improvements including: Life Science facilities, Class A and creative office environments, food service industry, and building re-imaging. Founded in 1989, Prevost is a privately held, family-owned business that conducts each project from conception to completion with one goal in mind – an amazing customer experience.
As President and CEO, Jamie has grown Prevost Construction from 13 employees with an annual sales volume of $16.5M to 53 employees with an annual sales volume of $48M, and he credits his success to the building of lasting relationships with clients, employees, and community members.
In addition to building a thriving business, Jamie has a long-standing history of community volunteerism with nonprofits such as: Shakti Rising, a social change organization that transforms the lives of women, girls and the community; Teri, Inc., an organization dedicated to serving individuals with autism; and Rebuilding Together San Diego, a group committed to the goal of providing safe and accessible housing for all veterans.
Jamie is excited for the opportunity with HomeAid San Diego “to collaborate with like-minded individuals who believe in serving our community. By pooling our talents and resources to make an impact on the lives of those families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness, we have a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many people who need our help.”
Away from work, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, including outdoor activities with his two teenage boys. Favorite activities include fishing, skiing, and golfing as well as traveling to explore new places both in and outside the US.
