Tony has been in the real estate industry for 30 years, with the last two decades devoted to for-sale housing. He has been involved on all aspects of housing including land acquisition, entitlement, construction, sales/marketing and finance. He is currently Senior Director of Land Acquisition for Brookfield focusing on southern California.
He started his career in real estate market and financial feasibility consulting for several years before moving to San Diego to work for OliverMcMillan on large scale commercial projects. He went on to work for several builders including The Olson Company, City Ventures and ColRich before joining Brookfield.
He has been involved in a variety of professional affiliations including serving on board of BIA for three years, being the chair of the San Diego/Tijuana District Council of ULI for four years and being an active member of LAI.
He received his undergraduate degree in Geography from UCLA and went on to USC to earn a Master in Business Administration focusing in real estate finance and a master in Urban and Regional Planning. He and his wife Kristee live in La Jolla and have three adult sons. In his spare time he enjoys everything outdoors from walking, hiking, fishing, diving, gardening and everything else under the sun.
