Congratulations to the Graduates of WORKS Cohort 13

Congratulations to the graduates of WORKS Cohort 13!

With the support of our community partners, our WORKS students completed hands-on construction training, workplace readiness workshops, financial literacy education, and connected with industry professionals. They leave the program with new skills, greater confidence, industry connections and polished resumes as they pursue new career opportunities.

This milestone is made possible by our partners and sponsors. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Prebys Foundation, Sundt Foundation, Bank of America, Sherwin-Williams, Lennar San Diego, Masco Corporation, and Toll Brothers for their investment in our program and their commitment to creating career pathways for individuals working toward long-term stability.

A heartfelt thank you to HomeAid San Diego Board Member Craig Perry for generously donating his time and resources directly benefiting each of our graduates. We are also grateful to Board Member Staci Reidinger, for her time and passion to individually help every student as they leave the program with the commitment to continue to be a resource long after the program has been completed.

We are grateful to the Lucky Duck Foundation and Computers 2 Kids for providing laptops to our graduates. Access to technology is essential in today's workforce, and these laptops will help students continue building their skills, apply for jobs, and stay connected as they pursue new opportunities.

To our volunteers, guest speakers, employers, service providers, board members, and community partners—thank you for investing your time, expertise, and resources in our students. Together, you're helping transform lives by creating opportunities for employment, stability, and a brighter future.

Congratulations, Cohort 13! We can't wait to see all that you'll accomplish.
