Gensler San Diego Assembles Volunteers for a Successful Care Day

Community action making an impact!

During our most recent Volunteer Care Day Essential Drive, our valued partner, Gensler San Diego, gathered 29 volunteers to help assemble 250 essential hygiene kits for the benefit of San Diego Youth Services. This Care Day, led by Veronica Sandoval and Savannah Moore, provided meaningful support and a hand-up to youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness, reflecting Gensler’s deep commitment to supporting local neighborhoods.

Special thanks to Haley Veniegas and Taylor Houston for ensuring that vulnerable youth in our community have the support they need to reach their full potential. And thank you to Gensler and their employees for volunteering their time to support this effort.

HomeAid San Diego Board Member Eric Smith, along with Executive Director John (J.C.) Peterson, were proud to support the effort on site.
